Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We ain to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order, Orders are dispatched by City-Link on a next working day delivery service.

Order of Goods

On receipt of your order, we will email you with an order confirmation an order number. Please quote this order number on any correspondence to us.

Although we keep a large range of products in stock, we may occasionally be out of stock on certain products. If we should be out of stock we will email you with an estimated delivery time. If this is unacceptable to you, you may cancel the order without any obligation and your payment will be refunded to you immediately.

Receipt of Goods

Orders will be delivered by City-Link on there next working day delivery service. Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) except Bank Holidays. and require a signature. If no one is available to sign for the goods City-link will leave a card with details on how to rearrange delivery. Delivery will need to be arranged within 5 days of receipt of your card otherwise the goods will be returned to us and a further delivery charge will be made to yourselves.

Delay in Goods

We use City-link for all our deliveries, we have found them 99% reliable but sometimes things can go wrong. We cannot guarantee deliveries will always be made the next day, as thing like weather and transport problems sometimes delay delivery. You can never the less always track your parcel to see where it is and why a delay has occurred.

Shortages or Damaged Goods

If you receive ether an order, which there is a shortage or the goods are damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please keep all original packaging and call us for instructions on 01736 753177. We will endeavour to get the goods uplifted and replaced as quickly as possible.

Unused Goods

In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with any purchase from golowgolf.co.uk you may return the unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. WE regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show signs of use. We cannot offer refunds on any Custom Made products that are ordered.

Sending back a product

It is the receivers' responsibility to return any unwanted goods.

Undelivered items

We require a signature for all goods. In the event of a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us, we do charge for redelivery
